20% of your revenue
is hiding in your
trucking company.
I'll show you where in 24HRS Completely free.
Every trucking owner has dormant brokers, leaking lanes, and low-volume gold sitting in their data. You just can't see it because you're too busy running the business. I read your numbers like a freight person — and tell you exactly what's hiding and what to do about it. No catch. Send your data, get your report. It's yours to keep.
Worried about sharing your broker list?
Don't be.
Your customer relationships are the most valuable thing your trucking company owns. We treat them that way.
Signed Non-Disclosure
Before you send a single row of data, we sign an NDA. Your data is used only for your report — never shared, sold, or reused for another carrier. Ever.
Code Your Data First — Free
If you'd rather not share real names at all, use DataShield — our free encoding tool. Replace broker names, driver names, phone numbers, and locations with anonymous codes before you send anything. I never see who your customers are.
You Own the Decoder
When DataShield codes your file, only you get the key. When my report comes back, you run it through the tool and your real names appear — on your computer, not mine. I work in codes. You decode at home.
Code your data in under 5 minutes.
Every carrier knows their revenue.
We take it 17 levels further.
Total revenue, total loads, revenue per driver — your TMS gives you that. We do too. Then we go deeper. Below are 6 of the 17 intelligence layers built into every Revenue Recon report.
Know who's winning, draining, and drifting.
Every customer sorted into one of four categories: good freight at low volume (your inward expansion list), high volume at low pay (your renegotiation list), customers actively drifting (your reactivation list), and your A-tier money makers (your retention list).
How exposed is your whole business to one phone call?
If your top broker is 30%+ of your revenue, you don't own a business — you own a relationship. We surface your concentration risk and show you exactly which brokers to grow so you're never one bad call from disaster.
Not data. Decisions.
A written action plan for the upcoming month — what to do with each customer account, who to call first, who to retain, who to revive.
Top revenue lanes + backhaul directory.
Every lane ranked by revenue. Plus a growing backhaul contact directory built over time — when a truck heads back empty, you already have a list of who to call in that return region.
Beyond load count — true utilization.
Load count, total rate, average per load — standard stuff. We add what nobody else does: monthly utilization %. How much each driver actually worked vs. sat. The number that tells you if your fleet is earning or burning.
Find your +8 day month.
Which customers ship Saturday and Sunday? Or — bigger question — are your weekends dead? If yes, we surface it and open the whole week for revenue. Going from 5 to 7 days can add 8 working days a month.
And eleven more intelligence layers.
Equipment & commodity rankings · Top 10 brokers by revenue · Loads per driver detail · Full driver performance breakdown · Booker performance · State-level revenue summary · Day-of-week patterns · Weekly revenue trend · And more — whatever you track, we report on.
Three steps. One report.
Zero friction.
No calls. No onboarding. No software to install. Send your data, get your report, decide what's next. The whole thing takes about 15 minutes of your time.
Reach out. Get confirmed.
Click the button below, send a short email, or call directly. I confirm your slot is open, send you the data request, and email an NDA before anything else happens.
Export. Encode if you want. Send.
Pull 30+ days of load data from your TMS, dispatch sheet, or invoices — CSV, Excel, whatever you have. Want extra privacy? Run it through DataShield first to anonymize broker and driver names. Then send.
Report lands in 24HRS
Your 15-20 page Revenue Recon plus written strategic action plan hits your inbox within 24 hours. Read it. Use it. Decide what's next. No follow-up calls unless you ask for one.
Before you send a single row.
Letting someone into your business is a big deal. Especially in trucking — where your customer list, load history, and driver info are the most valuable things you own. Here's how I think about all of it.
Will my customer list be safe? +
Yes. Three layers of protection before anything moves:
1. Signed NDA before any data is shared. Your data is used only for your report — never reused for another client, never shared with third parties, never sold.
2. You can use DataShield (our free tool) to code your data before sending. I never see real broker names — I work in codes like «BKR-A8K9», you decode the report on your computer.
3. Your data lives on my secure drive only for the duration of the engagement. After we're done, it's deleted on request.
Bottom line: your customer list never leaves your control.
Are you going to steal my customers or loads? +
No. The NDA spells it out clearly: I won't use your data to help myself personally or another carrier. Your sales data, broker list, and load history exist for your report — period.
Here's the honest reality of trucking that the NDA accounts for: brokers work with many carriers at once. So when I do outreach for another carrier, I might end up contacting the same broker you work with — but only if that broker is already known publicly (e.g., posting freight on Truckstop, DAT, or another public load board), or already working with that carrier independently of you.
I never go down a client's customer list and pitch them to anyone else. Ever.
If you want extra protection, DataShield codes the names before they ever reach me. Then it's literally impossible for me to recognize anyone in your book — because I don't know who they are.
Will anyone know how my company is really performing? +
Only you and me. That's it.
Your report is yours. I don't publish numbers, share dashboards, or use your data in case studies without your written permission — and even then, only with your numbers anonymized.
I don't talk about specific clients to other clients. Ever. If someone asks me "who do you work with?" the only names I share are the ones who explicitly gave me permission to use as references.
The way I see it: your numbers are your numbers. My job is to help you understand them — not broadcast them.
What about my driver info? +
Same protections as your broker data. Drivers are an even tighter category because their info crosses into HR territory.
All I need is: driver name (or code), load count, revenue per load, and dates. That's enough to build the utilization analysis — nothing more.
If you want to code driver names through DataShield (DRV-XXXX codes), I never see who's behind the numbers — just the performance pattern.
How do I send you my data? +
Easiest method: a TMS export as CSV or Excel, sent via encrypted email or a secure shared folder. We'll work out the method based on what you're comfortable with.
Don't have a TMS? No problem. I'll show you how to use free Google Sheets as a Load Capture system — a simple, organized way to track every load going forward. It costs nothing, takes minutes to set up, and gives you a clean source of data for every future report. Carriers tell me it changes how they run their dispatch.
The whole upload takes about 15 minutes of your time.
What if my data is messy? +
First cleanup is on me. I'll fix what I can, flag what's missing, and tell you exactly what to clean up going forward.
I'll also walk you through simple ways to keep it clean — easy habits, small system fixes, and free tools you can use so your data doesn't get messy again. The cleaner your data stays, the better every future report gets.
The honest truth: if your data is wrong, my report is wrong. So if I find serious gaps, I'll tell you upfront before I run the analysis — not after. No surprise charges, no fake reports built on bad data.
How much of my time does this actually take? +
About 15 minutes total. Ten minutes to export your data, five minutes to send it. From there it's 24 hours and your report is in your inbox.
You don't sit on calls. You don't fill out forms. You don't get bombarded with follow-ups. Send data, get report, decide what's next.
Is this really free? What's the catch? +
Yes, really free. No credit card. No contract. No "trial that auto-bills."
Here's the deal openly: I'm building Blacktop Engine. The fastest way to grow is to put real reports in front of real carriers and let the work speak for itself.
If the report helps you, I'd love a short testimonial I can use with future clients. If it doesn't help you — no testimonial needed. We part friends. The only way I lose is if my work isn't good enough.
What happens after I get the report? +
Three paths — all of them fine:
1. You take it and run. The report is yours. No obligation to ever talk to me again.
2. You hire me monthly. If you want ongoing reports plus the broker outreach campaigns to act on what we found, we talk pricing then.
3. You ghost me. Also fine. I won't blow up your phone with follow-ups. If it wasn't a fit, it wasn't a fit.
Stop guessing.
Start knowing.
Send your data tonight. Get a 15-20 page diagnostic back tomorrow showing exactly where 20% of your revenue is hiding. No card. No contract. No catch. Just send the data and decide what to do with what you find.
If you've read this far, you already know your TMS won't tell you what's hiding. Your CPA can't either. Your dispatcher's too busy. I'll tell you. Free. In 24 hours.
One more step.
Tell me about your operation so I can prep your report.
Takes 30 seconds. I'll respond personally within a few hours to confirm your slot and send next steps.
10-4
Got it.
I just got your info. I'll reach out personally within a few hours — no autoresponders, no sales pitch, just a real conversation about your operation.
// Thanks, Mani · Blacktop Engine
